Return and Refund Policy

At Trentiuno, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Below is our detailed return policy:
General Policy
All our clothing line is custom made and for this reason all sales are final. Please be sure to review the size charts provided to ensure you are ordering the correct size. Exchanges/Refunds will only be made if there's make a mistake on your order (ex. wrong size/color was sent). Please contact us upon receiving your order if there are any issues.
For all the other items, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@trentiuno.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
A 2% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt, and we will cover the cost of replacements for issues deemed our responsibility.
Lost Packages
For items lost in transit, claims must be filed within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at info@trentiuno.com for assistance.
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
• Custom or personalized products.
• Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery (e.g., face masks) due to health and hygiene reasons.
• Sale items and gift cards.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments
• Wrong Address: If the shipping address provided is insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once a correct address is confirmed.
• Unclaimed Shipments: These are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for reshipment costs. If the items remain unclaimed for 30 days, they may be donated to charity.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@trentiuno.com.
Note: We do not refund shipping costs.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the unwanted item as per our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
All the products from our clothing lines are exempted and not eligible for exchange.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must meet return conditions (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase). Please contact us at info@trentiuno.com to initiate the process.
Sustainability Note
Unclaimed or non-eligible returned items may be donated to charity after 30 days to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
